Facilitated by AMS Connect App

AMS Connect App will allow you to book appointments on your phone (in addition to via the web page here), remotely check yourself in on arrival, organize your family members details, receive sms information about your health care and allow video conferencing from within the application.

  1. Download the app AMS Connect from your app store or scan the QR Code below using your phone’s camera.
  2. Open the app, search for Goldfields Medical Group, Lyttleton Street Medical Clinic and tap Select.  You will be prompted to select either 38 or 64.  Select the clinic you mostly go but don’t worry too much as  when booking appointments, you can then search either site from within the app for your doctor if they work between sites. 
  3. Complete a once-off registration by entering your details and agreeing to the T&C’s – tap Register.
  4. You will receive a once-off SMS code, enter it and tap Verify.

You will then be registered and will see the Home Page each time you open the app, from which you can view and manage existing appointments and make new appointments for you and your family.  It may take a bit to get used to but we feel that it will be an improved service allowing 24 hour bookings and greater convenience.

Please note: We may also send you SMS Notifications from time to time.
The messages will always be from our dedicated SMS number 0439 433 436.
